Event Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy

NEJC Chamber reserves the right to refuse/cancel registrations. If NEJC Chamber refuses registration a refund will be offered, when applicable.


Cancellation by Chamber

NEJC Chamber reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event due to inclement weather or any other circumstance beyond control which would make the event non-viable. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrations will be automatically transferred to the future date and would not be eligible for refund. If NEJC Chamber cancels an event without the opportunity for postponement, registrants will be offered a full refund.


Cancellation by Participant

Unless otherwise stated, the deadline to receive a refund for an individual ticket is four (4) business days before the event. The deadline to receive a refund for group purchases/tables is seven (7) business days before the event. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. These above policies apply to all NEJC Chamber events, unless otherwise stated. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.


Late Registration

Unless otherwise stated, on-site registration is based on availability and subject to an additional fee.
